Van Wraps
Van Wraps for NYC Fleets
Full, partial and lettering-only wraps for cargo vans, delivery vans and service vans. Designed, printed and installed in-house at our Long Island City bay, with mobile installation across the five boroughs, Long Island and New Jersey.

Why Van Wraps
Why fleets wrap their vans
On-road visibility
Company name, trade and phone number are readable at the curb, in traffic and parked outside a job.
One look across the fleet
Every van carries the same colors, logo placement and lettering, whether it is a Transit Connect or a high-roof Sprinter.
Long service life
Cast vinyl with UV laminate holds up to daily use for years, and single panels can be replaced after damage.
Removable at lease end
Wraps come off cleanly when a van is returned, resold or reassigned, so the fleet identity moves with the fleet.
Options
Full vs. partial coverage
Coverage is scoped per van. Call (917) 780-6775 or send the vehicle list and we'll recommend a level.
Full wraps
Every painted panel covered, including the roof if it is visible
Half wraps
Rear half of the van wrapped, cab left in factory paint
One-third wraps
Rear doors and quarter panels wrapped, sides lettered
Partial wraps
Specific areas like sides or rear doors, blended into the paint color
Lettering and decals
Cut vinyl lettering, logos and DOT numbers over factory paint
Materials
Materials and durability
Readable at a distance
Layouts are proofed at real size so the phone number reads from across the street.
Consistent presentation
A wrapped van shows up to a customer's door looking like the company it represents.
Matched to brand files
Colors are matched to your Pantone or brand file, not approximated on screen.
Durability
3M and Avery Dennison cast vinyl with UV laminate, rated for outdoor use.
Panel-level repairs
A damaged door or quarter panel is reprinted and replaced without redoing the van.

Process
How we work
Design and install under one roof
Artwork, proofs, printing and installation are handled in-house at the Long Island City bay.
Cast vinyl, always laminated
3M and Avery Dennison media with UV laminate on every printed panel.
Templated per model
We work from vehicle templates for current vans, so seams and panel breaks land where they should.
Every van size
Compact city vans, cargo vans and high-roof extended vans, one at a time or as a fleet run.
Scoped timelines
Each van gets a scheduled bay slot, and fleet runs are staged so only a few vans are out of service at once.
The shop
Working in Long Island City
The install bay at 4700 Northern Blvd is a short drive from Manhattan, Brooklyn and the Queens waterfront. Printing, lamination and installation happen in the same building, so a van can be dropped in the morning and proofs, reprints and touch-ups are handled on-site. Fleet runs that can't leave the yard are installed at your location.
